What Freezy offers
Freezy is a digital online service (not a physical product). You can use random video, voice, and text chat, optional guest start, friends/messaging (with an account), and nearby discovery features through app.freezy.cam.
Core service — free
Starting and using core random chat features does not require payment. You do not need to buy credits to begin a basic match.
- Guest / anonymous start for core chat modes
- Random text, voice, and video matching (subject to availability and safety rules)
- Account features such as friends and messaging when you register
Optional Freezy Pro (paid digital upgrades)
Freezy may offer Freezy Pro as an optional paid digital subscription or feature unlock. Pro is intended for preference and discovery upgrades, such as:
- Closer nearby radius options
- Gender preference matching
- Additional discovery filters (for example country preference, when available)
- Priority discovery and early access to selected features
Plan prices are not finalized yet. When paid Pro is enabled, the exact amount, currency (typically INR for India), billing period (for example monthly or yearly), and what is included will be shown clearly on the payment / checkout screen before you pay. This page will be updated when live prices are published.
How payment will work
When checkout is enabled, payments will be processed by a payment gateway partner (for example Razorpay) on behalf of Freezy. Freezy does not store your full card or UPI credentials. See our Privacy Policy for payment-related data handling.
Taxes
Displayed prices at checkout may include or exclude applicable taxes as required by law. Any tax treatment will be shown during payment when Pro is live.
