Cancellation & Refund Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for Freezy’s free digital service and any future paid Freezy Pro purchases.

Scope

This policy applies to Freezy digital services on freezy.cam and app.freezy.cam, operated by Ujjawal Solanki (individual / unregistered business) in India. Freezy does not sell physical goods.

Free features

Core chat features that are free do not involve a purchase. There is nothing to refund for unpaid use. You may stop using Freezy at any time.

Paid Freezy Pro (when enabled)

When Freezy Pro or other paid digital unlocks are available:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time so it does not renew for the next billing period. Access generally continues through the end of the period already paid for, unless we state otherwise at checkout.
  • Successful delivery: After payment succeeds and Pro access is activated on your account, fees are generally non-refundable for change of mind, unused time within a period, or dissatisfaction with matches or other users.
  • Failed delivery / technical failure: If you paid but Pro benefits were not delivered due to a Freezy technical fault, contact [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access or process a refund.
  • Duplicate / incorrect charges: Report duplicate or clearly incorrect charges promptly with payment reference details. Eligible cases will be refunded through the original payment method when possible.
  • Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

How to request a refund or cancel

  1. Email [email protected] with subject “Billing Support”.
  2. Include your account email or user ID, payment date, amount, and gateway payment ID if available.
  3. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds typically appear according to your bank or payment provider’s timelines (often several business days).

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account review or suspension where permitted by our Terms.
