Who can use Freezy

Freezy is for adults 18+ only. Users must acknowledge they are 18 or older before using the Service. Impersonating someone else, creating accounts to evade bans, or helping underage users access the service is prohibited.

Expected behavior

• Treat matches as real people — polite, consensual conversation.
• Respect “no.” If someone skips or asks to stop a topic, move on.
• Keep clothing and camera content appropriate for a public stranger-chat product.
• Use skip instead of harassment when a match is not a fit.

Prohibited conduct

• Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance), exploitation, or predatory behavior.
• Threats, hate, stalking, doxxing, or encouraging self-harm.
• Scams, phishing, malware, or requests for money/gift cards from strangers.
• Recording or sharing someone’s image without consent.
• Spam, bots, or automated abuse of matching.

Consequences

Depending on severity, Freezy may warn users, limit features, temporarily suspend access, or permanently ban. Severe violations may be reported to authorities when required by law.
