What Freezy offers

Freezy is a digital online service (not a physical product). You can use random video, voice, and text chat, optional guest start, friends/messaging (with an account), and nearby discovery features through app.freezy.cam.

Core service — free

Starting and using core random chat features does not require payment. You do not need to buy credits to begin a basic match.

• Random text, voice, and video matching (subject to availability and safety rules)
• Account features such as friends and messaging when you register

Freezy Pro plans (INR)

Freezy Pro is an optional paid digital entitlement for preference and discovery upgrades. Amount, currency (INR), billing period, and included benefits are shown again in the Razorpay checkout screen before you pay.

• Country / region preference
• Priority discovery and an ad-free experience
• Plan coin grants (see each plan below)

Coin packs (INR)

Coin packs top up your in-app wallet for coin-gated features (for example certain gender-preference matches). Packs do not grant Freezy Pro by themselves.

Catalog prices may be updated in the Freezy app admin. The amount shown at Razorpay checkout is the amount charged.

How payment works

1. Sign in to a full (non-guest) account on app.freezy.cam.
2. Open Freezy Pro plans or coin packs and choose a product.
3. Confirm the amount and pay through Razorpay (cards, UPI, and other methods Razorpay supports).
4. After successful payment, Pro and/or coins activate on your account — usually within seconds to a few minutes.

Freezy does not store your full card or UPI credentials. See our Privacy Policy for payment-related data handling.

Taxes

Displayed prices are in INR. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout as required by law.
