Delete your Freezy account

You can permanently delete a registered Freezy account and request erasure of associated personal data. Guests do not have a persistent profile to delete.

Delete in the Freezy app

  1. Sign in at app.freezy.cam with the account you want to remove.
  2. Open your Profile.
  3. Choose Delete account / Delete my account and confirm.

This permanently removes your profile, chats, friends, call history, and wallet data tied to that account. It cannot be undone.

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with subject “Delete account”. Include the email address on the account and any payment IDs if you purchased Freezy Pro or coins. We aim to reply within about 48 business hours.

What we may retain

  • Limited records needed for fraud prevention, chargebacks, or legal compliance.
  • Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you.
  • Moderation/ban signals required to stop ban evasion, where permitted by law.
