Welcome to Freezy ("Freezy," "we," "our," or "us"), a digital chat service operated by Ujjawal Solanki. By accessing freezy.cam, app.freezy.cam, or related applications and using features such as guest/anonymous chat, registered accounts, random text/voice/video matching, friends messaging, and nearby discovery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately. Related policies include our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Pricing, Refund Policy, and Digital Delivery pages.

Before accessing Freezy you must affirmatively consent to all of the following. Access is denied to anyone who does not agree. Continuing to use the Service (including guest start or signup) forms a binding agreement to these conditions.

1. You are 18 or older. Freezy is an adults-only (18+) platform. By entering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. You will not share personal information — your own or anyone else’s — on Freezy. This includes names, phone numbers, addresses, emails, social handles, financial details, or other data that could identify a person.
3. You are solely responsible for how you use any information encountered on Freezy. If another user shares information with you and you act on it (for example contacting them outside Freezy), you do so at your own risk. Freezy and its operator are not liable for resulting harm, disputes, claims, or losses.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. Before using Freezy you must acknowledge that you are 18 or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. Helping a minor access Freezy is also prohibited.

You agree not to misuse the Service. We strive to create a safe environment for strangers to connect. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban:

• cancel Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
• cancel Sharing explicitly sexual, violent, or illegal content via video or text.
• cancel Using the 'Nearby' feature to stalk, track, or endanger others physically.
• cancel Solicitation, spamming, or promoting commercial services without permission.
• cancel Any sexual content involving minors, exploitation, or predatory behavior (zero tolerance).
• cancel Attempting to bypass bans, spoof identity to evade safety rules, or interfere with Freezy systems.

We offer two modes of interaction. Your rights and data retention policies differ based on your choice:

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Freezy disclaims all liability for the content of video or text communications exchanged between users. We do not control and are not responsible for what users say or do.

Live chats are not pre-screened. Safety relies primarily on user controls (skip, mute, block) and our report / enforcement systems. We cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from offensive content. You use the Service at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Do not share personal, financial, or payment information with strangers. Freezy does not conduct criminal background checks on users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freezy and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including damages arising from interactions with other users.

You agree to indemnify and hold Freezy and its operator harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to Freezy at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, abuse other users, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk for us or the community.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you hold a registered account, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing [email protected] (and through in-app deletion controls on your profile, or via our Delete Account page). Guest sessions are temporary and expire according to our product rules.

Provisions that by their nature should survive — including liability limits, user-content license, payment/refund terms for completed purchases, and governing law — remain in effect after your access ends.

You retain ownership of content you create (messages, profile text, images you upload, and similar). You grant Freezy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, store, and display that content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including enabling delivery to the other party in a chat and reviewing reports).

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Core Freezy chat features are free. Freezy offers optional paid digital upgrades such as Freezy Pro and coin packs (for example preference filters, closer nearby radius, priority discovery, or coin-gated match options). Current INR prices and inclusions are listed on Pricing and confirmed again at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner Razorpay. Razorpay processes payment credentials under its own terms. Freezy receives payment status and limited billing metadata needed for entitlements and support. Digital delivery and refunds are described in our Digital Delivery and Refund policies.

Paid access is a digital entitlement tied to your registered account (guests must claim an account before purchasing). We may change Pro pricing or features with notice on the Pricing page or at checkout. We will not charge you for a paid plan without presenting the amount and obtaining your payment authorization.

Freezy branding, logos, software, site design, and other platform content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Freezy / Ujjawal Solanki. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its materials without prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
